The office is based in York.

My client is a leading manufacturer of office facilities for the all types of industries

**Daily duties will include**:

- Daily preparation of detailed quotations for clients projects.
- Daily liaison with new and existing clients to help provide product and service information for their projects
- Liaison with the company's other offices and suppliers
- Checking invoices and passing for payment
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Keeping the office diary and records relating to business activities
- Input of customer records and activities onto computer systems
- General administration using Excel spreadsheets and Word
- Responding to incoming correspondence

The company offer a salary of £20k-26k based on experience plus good bonuses per annum, 25-30 days holiday plus bank and public holidays, good pension scheme, working flexibly, a day a month off to do charity work and many other useful benefits.
