**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Our CRM Team is growing and we’re excited to be hiring a Senior CRM Executive in the Ecommerce and Digital Team. Working with the wider Ecommerce/Digital, Brand and Creative teams, you’ll be instrumental in developing a strong omni-channel CRM calendar that balances brand and commercial needs and drives high engagement and repeat purchases. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior CRM Manager in ensuring we take a data-driven approach and everything we output has the customer front of mind resulting in, best-in-class CRM campaigns, that elevate our brand identity and increase customer education. This is an exciting role for an established CRM Executive that is looking to take the next step in their career and help to build a successful CRM function at Dr. Barbara Sturm.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GLOBAL SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE**
- Own the E2E campaign management of all CRM campaigns including strategy, briefing and execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure monthly calendar drives relevancy/seasonality as well as brand and commercial goals
- Work with wider Ecommerce team to ensure a considered CRM to Onsite Customer Journey is implemented for all CRM Comms
- Report on post-campaign results and key KPIs, drawing actionable insights to continuously optimise communications and inform future decision making. Delivery weekly reporting that highlights results, key learnings and next steps.
- Champion a test and learn approach for all CRM Campaigns (One off, triggered/lifecycle/loyalty) to ensure key campaign goals are met
- Support Senior CRM Manager to identify new triggered lifecycle activity to introduce and continuously optimise/refine existing triggers. Take a data-driven approach and leverage Braze capabilities to deliver personalised/highly targeted triggers.
- Support Senior CRM Manager on developing enhanced segmentation and campaigns that drive loyalty and increase customer LTV.
- Work cross-functionally on CRM and wider company projects/initiatives with Ecommerce, Design, Copy, Product, PMM and Brand/Marketing Teams
- Carry out monthly competitor analysis on what key competitors and non-competitors are going in the CRM Space

**YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE**
- 3-4 years’ experience in a B2C CRM Function (Luxury or Beauty/Skincare industry would be desirable)
- Confident using data, with an ability to turn analysis into actionable insight and advocating for a test and learn approach
- Experience using well known
- ESPs e.g. Responsys, Salesforce, Braze etc.
- Desirable (but not essential): Experience working for global brands that operate across multiple markets.
- Proactive and enthusiastic individual that is able to take initiative and adopt a flexible approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
