Maintenance Handyman/woman

Bespoke Inns are an independent pub group in South Derbyshire and we are looking for an experienced handyman/ woman to help keep our wonderful sites in tip top condition.

**The role will be versatile and varied but will include**:

- General maintenance of the buildings and grounds
- General Garden maintenance
- Carry out weekly fire checks
- Maintain the decoration of the building
- Repainting of furniture where needed
- ’Odd bob jobs’ to keep the sites ship shape
- Supporting with cleaning and clearing of areas around the site (EG bin store, cellar areas)
- Other work depending on experience and expertise

Working hours are negotiable but will be a minimum of 24-30hours per week spread over 3-4 days.
- Hold driving licence and have access to a vehicle to travel between our sites (all within a 10 mile radius).
- DIY knowledge/experience
- Ability to work on ladders
- Flexible with prioritisation skills
- Resourceful and self motivated
- Excellent communication skills - role involves working closely with colleagues and contractors and you may have contact with customers
