As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work as part of an efficient operations team to ensure that high customer satisfaction is maintained, that key clients are retained, and that strong business relationships are promoted.

H&M Distribution & International is a leading provider in the pallet haulage industry formed in January 2007, offering transport and warehousing services out of our Warrington facility in the Northwest of England. Our company is rapidly developing and employ over 170 employees across 3 depots within the UK.

**Responsibilities**
- Daily communication and interaction with customers, dealing with any issues and general queries
- Investigating and resolving any customer complaints
- Providing information on products, services, and delivery times
- Providing daily and weekly reports
- Maintaining current internal and database systems
- Escalating inquiries to appropriate team, when necessary
- Assisting with onboarding of new customers
- Passing customer feedback onto different departments to improve the organisations service
- Completing daily task sheet
**Requirements**:
