To provide appropriate dietary advice to patients who may have a variety of other co-morbidities as treatment, symptom control and/or nutritional support. To attend and participate in other relevant MDTs such as PEG and Home Enteral Feeding (HEF), as appropriate to discuss patient care. To support the stroke MDT to meet Best Practice Tariff and SSNAP standards and associated key performance indicators (KPIs). To carry out a regular complex nutrition support outpatient clinic.
