York, United Kingdom Cabinlocator Ltd Full time

Cabinlocator Ltd is looking for the support of an operative to aid with the build and fit-out of our portable cabin buildings. This includes the internal and external fit-out of portable or modular buildings from our factory. Due to us being a small team there will also be times where you will drop into different positions, working in different stages of the fit-out and refurbishment of our buildings.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities could include**:

- Using hand tools and compressed air tools to erect timber frames.
- Ply-lining frames, fixing insulation, fixing plastisol sheets to walls.
- Hanging doors and building partition walls, fitting windows, plaster boarding, fitting skirting, push-fit plumbing.
- General site upkeep and cleanliness.

**Job Qualities**
- Steady workload with a fixed workplace.
- Internal bespoke woodworking machine training course in the induction.
- Working in an experienced team - We believe that this person will fit right in with our knowledgeable and down to earth workforce.
- Company based in Market Weighton - The person we are looking for should be able to commute to the company's base in Market Weighton.

**Qualifications/Licences**
- Experience in wood cutting preferable.
- Some experience in either joinery, push-fit plumbing or fitting out preferable.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Attention to detail is critical.
