£38,000 + Plenty of overtime and progression
Monday-Friday - 8am to 5pm
About the Role:
A well-established maintenance provider who has an excellent reputation of contract and staff retention are looking to add some additional talent to one of their multitenant client services contracts in the heart of the city. This position will suit someonewho is looking progress in their career.
Some duties include:

- Assist in the programming & delivery of street lighting maintenance works
- Assist in the street lighting design process complying with relevant
standards and legislation
- Exercise a basic working knowledge of CDM and Electricity at Work Regulations
- Keen to learn and to develop toward professional qualifications within street lighting
- Knowledge of electrical/lighting/cabling calculation software.
- AutoCAD software - 2D drafting
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior members of the design tea
- Ensure all designs are assessed for environmental impacts
- Ensure all necessary construction related quality Management and Health and Safety documentation is prepared and adhered to
- Membership of a professional institution eg. ILP
- Completion or part completion of the ILP's Exterior Lighting Diploma or equivalent
- Must have the ability and confidence to take responsibility for own schemes from inception to delivery, establish correct materials to ensure full buildability and costing and effectively answer any subsequent queries
