Motor Claims Handler

A vacancy has arisen for one, possibly two Motor Claims Handlers to join our clients super friendly claims team in Caerphilly. We feel this represents a genuinely exciting opportunity to join one of the new kids on the block in the motor claims managementworld, with very ambitious growth plans, so offers excellent long term career development too.

They are looking for people with a minimum of 2 years-experience gained in a Motor claims role, working for whether a broker, insurer or claims management firm.

This is an office-based position, and all staff will benefit from a comprehensive training program and development here.

The office is close to local amenities with excellent links by rail or car.

Whilst training will be given a practical knowledge of the following would be advantageous:

- General claims handling
- Practical understanding of Indemnity and Liability issues
- Practical understanding of third-party claims including credit hire
- Experience of portal claims to include OIC/MOJ
- Negotiation skills
- Computer Literate

You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £20-26,000, dependant on experience,

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
