Seasonal Groundsperson

To work within the grounds team to ensure exact standards are maintained and customer service standards are exceeded. Carrying out all work in line with Health & Safety requirements & regulations. There will be guaranteed hours of 40 hours per calendar week, you will work those hours according to a rota prepared by the Park Management. The role is offered on a seasonal basis. Due to the nature of the business some weekend and bank holiday work will be required.

The role will involve the following tasks amongst others:

- Grass cutting using strimmers, hand mowers and ride on mowers.
- Care of hedges and flower beds.
- Assisting with the siting and plumbing of static caravans.
- Delivery of gas bottles.
- DIY work in static caravans.
- Maintenance and water treatment of swimming pool.
- Maintenance of the park water system and treatment systems.

Some experience of operating machinery and equipment is desirable. Full UK driving licence and a good level of fitness are both required for this role.

Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
