**Digital Support Assistant (B-wbl)**

Pembrokeshire College is looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Digital Support Assistant with a passion for digital systems and processes to join the B-wbl Consortium Team. B-wbl is a Consortium of work-based learning (WBL) providers across South East and West Wales, delivering Apprenticeship and Jobs Growth Wales+ provision.

**Salary Details**: BS12 - 18 (currently £23,088 - £24,109 pro rata)
- This is a 3-point extended scale with progression incrementally on an annual basis_.

**Hours of work: 3**0 hours per week (working pattern will agreed upon commencement)

**Contract Type**:Salaried - Permanent

**Holiday Entitlement**:28 days annual leave per annum pro rata (increasing to 32 days for 5 years + service pro rata) plus statutory bank holidays & college efficiency closures.
- Please note, this entitlement is based on full time working hours and will be calculated accordingly based on the actual working hours._

**Qualifications/Experience**:You will have substantive office experience together with a strong understanding of technology and IT.

It** **is also highly desirable to hold a relevant level 3 qualification. _If not held, it is essential to undertake and achieve this during employment, within an specified timescale._

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality front-line technical support to the B-wbl team and provider networks, maintaining consistent and effective usage of systems and digital processes. You will have excellent customer service skills and deal with a variety of requests and queries from staff, partners, learners and external customers and provide advice and assistance when needed.

On a daily basis, you will support with login and access issues, create and monitor permission access for various systems and under undertake general administration duties. In addition to this, you will be highly proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to create and maintain auditable and accurate records of documentation where required.

You will be an excellent communicator who demonstrates initiative and the ability to work effectively to meet targets and deadlines whilst maintaining great attention to detail, in particular exceptional grammar and spelling skills.

The WBL Consortium within Pembrokeshire College follows a hybrid working structure where employees have the option work to remotely as well as being office based. Requests for specific working arrangements will be discussed and approved by the recruiting manager prior to commencement of employment.
