Paintline Sprayer

**We are looking for an experienced paint line sprayer for our busy client in Gillingham. The role is on a full time permanent basis.**

**Paint Line Sprayer - £13.85 per hour increasing to £14.60 with effect from 1st April**

**The Main Duties for this role are:

- **
- Operation of an automated powder paint coating line.
- Full responsibility for its daily operation in conjunction with the paint line facility charge hand, this includes, productivity and routine operating maintenance and pre-wash chemical testing.
- Operation of hand spray equipment.
- Assist in training other members of staff.
- Follow the Company's Health and Safety Procedures.
- Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company
- Follow the requirements of the Company's ISO Procedure
- Follow the Company's Health and Safety Policy, work instructions & safe systems of work.

Other duties may include:

- Loading/unloading on paint lines.
- Operating Metalworking Equipment - Both Automated and Manual.
- Any other duties either within Metal Shop or Paint Line. Reports to Appropriate Line Charge-hand

- The ability to work to a high level of accuracy. Carrying out Q.C. checks when required
- Vary break times within shifts as required
- High work rate - Maximise productivity during any task undertaken

**Hours:

- 2pm - 10pm**

**Salary**: £13.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
