Catering Assistant

Country Kitchen Foods Norfolk, who are part of the Dyvine Group are looking for Catering Assistants to join our teams across Norfolk.

Duties will include:
**Meal Preparation**:

- Take pre-prepared individual meals from a freezer and cook them in an oven.

**Customer Service**:

- Take orders from tenants for the following day's meals.
- Accept payment via a pre-payment system.
- Making sandwiches and providing shopping items to tenants upon request.

**Cleaning and Organisation**:

- Keep kitchen equipment clean and tidy.
- Clear down the servery area and wash up after service, ensuring the restaurant area is left in a clean and presentable manner.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to Food Hygiene/Environmental Health regulations and Health & Safety standards.
- Complete paperwork for EHO
- Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.

**Desired skills**:

- High level of presentation skills.
- Experience in catering - training to be provided
- Understanding of food hygiene - training to be provided.
- Friendly and approachable manner with a positive work ethic.
- High level of communication and prompt time-keeping.

Locations available: Norwich, Costessey, Lakenham, Cromer, Holt, Kings Lynn, Downham Market, Thetford, Diss, Groleston, Great Yarmouth

Working Hours: Shift times: 10am-2pm. Alternate weekend work required.
