**Trainee Estimator/Surveyor**

Multi Trade

Full Time Position based on 40hr contract.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to.**
- Asist the estimating team and specific trade managers to pull together all information required to submit tender returns within the deadlines set**.**
- Review tender documentation, drawings, bills of quantities, specifications.
- Take offs and measurements from drawings.
- Pricing construction, mechanical and joinery works.
- Placing subcontractor orders in line with contract terms and conditions
- Proficient in excel and all Microsoft products.

**Requirements**:

- Driving license preferred to allow site surveys to be conducted. Transport would be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
