As our **Senior Food and Beverage Team Leader**, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

Park Plaza Waterloo is ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.

As our **Senior Food and Beverage Team Leader**, you will receive:

- Ensures our F&B outlets (M&E, Bar, Restaurant and Breakfast operation) run a smooth service that makes guests want to return
- Can inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members
- Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
- Is available to work morning and late shifts
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, care
- Has previous experience working as **F&B Supervisor / F&B Team Leader** in the hotel
