If you are an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading legal firms in Nuneaton. This is a new role due to the growth and expansion of the existing department and offers a route to partnership levelwithin 12 months.
You will oversee and undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing which will mean managing a caseload including Leasehold, New Builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership. You will be responsible for managing a medium sized conveyancing team consisting ofthree experienced fee earners and several legal assistants spread across two offices, in addition to their own caseload. Therefore, they must possess management and leadership skills.
The position would suit a qualified Solicitor with at least five years’ residential conveyancing experience ideally all acquired at the same firm and be able to handle matters from the initial instruction through to completion.
It’s a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for career advancement.
