**Full Time (40 hours)**

**Salary: £29,894 to £32,788 per annum depending on experience (inclusive of unsociable hours).**

The role of Porter is a varied role and covers a wide variety of duties across the College. You will work as part of a friendly and welcoming team in this front of house role. The Porters Lodge is open 24/7 and there is a shift system in operation. Shifts will normally be 8-hours and may be day, evening or night shifts including at weekends or on Bank holidays. Average working hours will be 40 hours per week.

The primary role of the Relief Porter is the security of the College and the health and welfare of all College members, guests and visitors. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service and communication skills along with the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people, complete a variety of tasks in a helpful and flexible manner.

Previous Porters lodge experience is useful but not essential as training will be provided.
