Housekeeper

The role of the Housekeeper is to ensure a welcoming and professional environment by keeping the spaces clean, hygienic and presentable. An evening housekeeper is required at The Chocolate Quarter to fulfill main lobby cleaning duties including general public toilets, conference/meeting rooms and staff offices.
25 hours per week, Monday - Friday 2pm - 7pm.

- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and legislation and to report any situations that could be considered hazardous.
- Provide full cleaning and meals service as required.
- Ensure maintenance of stock of cleaning stores and equipment for relevant area.
- Demonstrate and maintain respect for individuals’ homes, living and working environments.
- Build relationships of trust and act with professionalism with all visitors.
- Provide assistance to other teams as and when required - e.g., spotting and reporting potential resident well-being concerns.
