A stunning B&I location in Oxford for a multinational software services company. Catering for approximately 100 people daily. We offer breakfast, lunch, grab and go selection and some hospitality daily. The role is a Monday to Friday operation with free parking on site. This location is difficult to get to on foot so a car would be required.

7.30 - 3.30 Monday Friday. 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a talented **Barista** to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in **Adderbury.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
- Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
- Manage payments and any cash handling.
- Daily stock takes of products available

**You will have the following skills**:

- Excellent customer service
- An all-round team player
- Barista experience essential
- Personable, good sense of humour, fun.

**Knowledge / competencies**:
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
