**ROLE: PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR**

**LOCATION: WELLINGBOROUGH, NORTHANTS**

**SALARY: £27/£28K Depending on experience**

**JOB ROLE: Permanent/Full time/Office based**

**The Company**:
Our Northamptonshire client has been specialising in commercial interiors, shopfitting and retail displays for over 30 years, working with some of the UK/international leading brands.

They are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join the team reporting to and supporting the Account Manager working on a high profile account for the business.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Provide support to the Account Manager on a high profile account
- Supporting in maintaining and monitoring project timelines, budgets and project trackers to ensure smooth running of the account
- Support the team in the running of projects to include - preparation of project documentation, printing drawings, setting up project files on the internal system.
- Prepare project proposals, timelines, schedules & budgets
- Provide an efficient, effective & flexible project support function assisting the team with the implementation of stores/Re-fit programme.
- Organise travel arrangements and couriers for UK and Europe keeping track of budget/expenditure and completing any customs documentation required
- Manage small Projects mainly within Europe: Ordering, quotes, logistics, installation and accounts.
- Manage enquiries via the Client Service Portal, responding Via the Service Channel portal, do quotations, ordering, organise deliveries and installations
- Complete health & safety documentation for client’s sites, access requirements etc
- Development of supply chain, sourcing new suppliers and growing suppler database

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Previous experience within a shopfitting/Fit-out environment would be an advantage
- Time management - Able to prioritise and divide their time between supporting on large projects, managing small projects and ownership of the client service portal
- Ability to work under own initiative and in conjunction with the team
- Commercially Aware
- Confident communicator at all levels, professional and presentable
- Flexible, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines which sometimes means outside of their normal hours
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, willingness to support the wider team
- Willing to learn, continually develop and progress

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
