**Financial Controller | Fast Growth PE-Backed AdTech Scale-Up**

Harmonic Finance are excited to be working exclusively with one of the globe's leading AdTech scale-ups. Having recently been acquired by a top-tier Private Equity firm, they are being driven through their next phase of growth. Seeing 300% revenue growthyear-on-year, they are looking for a Financial Controller to bolster their rapidly growing finance team.

The business is in the B2B space and operates in the UK, US, Australia, France and various other European countries, presenting their employees with the opportunity to experience life at any of their international bases. This is an incredibly exciting timeto join a team of ambitious and dedicated people, as they continue their exponential growth which has been particularly evident in the US of late.

While they currently operate a hybrid WFH/office model, with flexible core hours, they are headquartered in a fantastic office space in the heart of Central London, with a sociable team culture that makes use of the vibrant restaurants and bars that surroundthem.

**The role**:
Reporting directly to an extremely highly regarded CFO, this role presents the opportunity to manage a brilliant team and learn from an exceptional leadership team in a very broad role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing the production of monthly company management accounts in a multi country and multi currency environment
- Oversee the production of monthly and yearly financial reports
- Lead monthly accounting meetings
- Continuously review and implement process improvements to drive automation across finance
- Identify value-adding insights to support with the production of long-term strategic planning
- Involvement in the implementation of a new ERP system
- Effective management and development of the Management Accounts team
- Business Partner with various department heads
- Be a main point of contact for external financial advisors
- Extensive ad-hoc projects to support the business as they grow and the finance function expands

**What we need to see (Essential)**:

- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Extremely smart with excellent communication skills
- Excited by start-ups / scale-ups
- Excellent organisation with the ability to manage high volumes of work with an attention to detail
- Incredibly ambitious with a desire to continue to learn

**What we would like to see (Bonus)**:

- Experience within a fast-growth tech start-up or scale-up
- Previous advertising / marketing experience

**Salary**:£70,000 - £80,000
