We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and ready to learn marketing professional to join a friendly team of Admissions and Marketing professionals.

Kingswood School was founded 275 years ago, with a long history of transforming the lives of young people through the power of education. With your help we can share the stories of life at Kingswood today, paving the way for successful recruitment and the continued success of the school.

You will work across our whole Foundation, from our babies in the Garden Nursery to our Sixth Form and Alumni, capturing and creating content that tells the story of life in Kingswood. Through the planning, creation and execution of our social media and digital display campaigns, you will help to optimise our website, create newsletters and support the wider Marketing team in live and virtual events. This will be done under the guidance and coaching of the Head of Marketing, Communications & Enterprise and the Director of Admissions, Marketing & Communications.

You will have the passion to get stuck in to school life and your days will be varied: you might spend time in the office editing videos of our boarders talking about why they love Kingswood, and tracking digital campaign numbers in the morning, but spend the afternoon at the Reception Forest school, or capturing the moment our Year 12 qualify as trained Mentors. Shaping how our community sees the school is critical in delivering new enquiries and ultimately new students to the school.

You will report in to the Head of Marketing, who will support you with executional training, as well as coaching on how to develop your story telling, creative and marketing skills. We see there being significant scope for role development.

This is a full time position starting as soon as possible, with a salary of £24,000 per annum. The core hours are 8.30 to 5pm. There will be some need to attend Open Days and key school events outside of those core hours.
