Starting in at the earliest opportunity, this large specialist SEN school that focuses on children who have severe Autism and learning difficulties is looking to appoint several T.A's who will work in small classes, supporting students on a one-to-one basis. The students in the class have complex needs and can be challenging but highly rewarding to work with. These students react well to calm and dedicated characters who can help them succeed by finding out the way they learn and then helping them to understand the lesson accordingly.

A passion for SEN learners is the first requirement for this school every time
Ideally having worked in a SEN School would be an advantage although the school provides full training and development regardless of what stage your career is.
Commitment to work with the school for at least this academic year as consistency is key for these pupils.
