**JOB TITLE**: Utilities Executive

**LOCATION**: Malmesbury, Wiltshire

**SALARY**: £25,000

**WAY OF WORKING**: Full Time | Office Based

**THE BUSINESS**:
With over 45 years’ experience in utilities, this rapidly growing energy consultancy supports businesses across the UK & Ireland with the purchasing and management of their energy and water contracts.

With ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years, the business currently boasts a small, friendly, and energetic team with a wealth of knowledge that they want to impart into the industry and new team members. As part of a small but growing team, the Tender& Pricing Lead will be an integral part of the daily operations of the business and support the team by effectively managing supplier and client relationships as it scales.

**THE UTILITIES EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY**:

- Key account management responsibility.
- End to end query management.
- Developing & maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Supporting data reporting requirements.
- Inputting and updating data into our systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Helping to improve our information systems and processes; ensuring that everything works as it should and as efficiently as it can for the team and our clients.
- Ensure performance metrics are met.

**YOUR KEY SKILLS**:

- Previous Customer Service experience.
- A passion for customer experience and getting the right outcomes in the best way.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in data input.
- Tenacity and enjoy problem solving.
- A sense of humour and a positive, fun attitude to work.
- Utilities experience with a solid understanding of the operational aspects of the industry - _desirable._
- Experience of data analysis - _desirable._
