Junior Credit Controller

We have an exciting opportunity for an Junior Credit Controller to join our expanding team at The Yorkshire Clinic in Bingley near Bradford.

The Role

Supports the Credit Control Processes of the hospital including:
Ensuring all debt is paid to the hospital in accordance with agreed payment terms and targets

Escalate problem accounts to hospital management in a timely manner

Ensure timely posting and full allocation of cash receipts

Ensure paperwork completed for refunds and write offs and processing of any refunds.

Completion of relevant financial reports as required

Timely response to all requests for information

Qualifications / Key Selection Criteria

Essential
- Current demonstrable experience of Credit Control
- Sound Numerical Skills
- Demonstrated Computer Skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills

Desirables
- Previous Credit Control Experience
- Previous accounting/cash posting Experience
- Previous healthcare experience
- Experience of using SAP S4
