**Location**: Manchester, UK

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £31.5k

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to maintain and update technical documentation and systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between the technical department and other departments within the organization.
- Support in the investigation and resolution of technical issues as they arise.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to facilitate compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry is essential.
- Thorough understanding of food safety and quality management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Must have indefinite right to work in the UK.
