Bushcraft Guide/instructor

Cornwall Adventures are looking for talented people to lead exceptional Bushcraft sessions to our outdoor loving clients.

Planning and delivering structured Bushcraft experiences in a fun and engaging way.

If you have bushcraft, scouts or outdoor activity leader qualifications then this is the perfect role for you.

You must be able to lead and teach our clients the art of:

- Building shelters
- Fire lighting
- Knife work
- Basic outdoor cooking

Job Duties

Deliver a range of exciting and fun bushcraft activities to families looking for the ultimate outdoor experience in beautiful Cornwall.

Using your knowledge of bushcraft practices and activities, you will deliver a three hour guided bushcraft experience in a private woodland setting.

What will you need:

- Previous bushcraft experience
- Be able to deliver world class customer service
- Creativity and a passion for working outdoors
- A safety conscious and professional outlook.
- A passion for planning creative and exciting outdoor bushcraft activities
- A drive to inspire outdoor adventure
- A passion for Cornwall
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Effective team leadership skills in an outdoor setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold or be willing to obtain a valid DBS.

Desired Requirements
- Possess a qualification in regard to bushcraft and leading bushcraft sessions (such as Forest School, Outdoor Activity Leading and Scout leader)
- First Aid (training opportunities are also available)
