An excellent opportunity has arisen for a **Customer Service Representative.** Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties and responsibilities are:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure all customer needs are responded to in a timely manner.
- Provide an efficient interface between client and manufacturing site to enhance client experience.
- Manage client demand from design creation, order placement through to delivery.
- Provide weekly schedules, maintain accurate records and ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Manage client complaints through to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Maintaining data integrity of internal operating systems.
**Qualifications**
- A relevant degree or other recognised qualification is preferred but not essential.
**Experience**
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Previous background in the food and packaging markets is desirable.
**Skills**
- Ability to prioritise and think logically.
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment.
- Be able to move between tasks with focus whilst under pressure.
- Problem solving. Critical Thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Conflict management.
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet set deadlines is essential.
This position is permanent and full-time based on 36 hours per week (0830 - 1700 hrs Monday to Thursday, 0830 - 1330 hrs on Fridays).
Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include 34 days’ holiday and contributory pension scheme.
