**About our client**
We are working with a high calibre seed stage VC fund that has just closed its latest fund. They are looking for an experienced and driven partner to join their team and play a critical role in identifying and investing in the most promising and high-potentialstart-ups.
Culturally, they are a dynamic and entrepreneurial team who are all aligned on building something exciting and successful - they are looking to meet people who reflect this.
They have a strong brand to leverage that gives the team access to superior deal flow - the fund has already demonstrated significant traction, a well performing portfolio and great exits.
**What the job involves**:

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the seed stage start-up ecosystem, including sourcing, screening, and conducting due diligence on potential investments
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, co-investors, and other key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem
- Support portfolio companies through active engagement and strategic guidance
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment strategies, investment thesis and execute on investment opportunities
- Contribute to fundraising efforts and support the firm's brand and reputation in the industry

- Proven track record of successful investments in high-growth start-ups
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
- Strong networker with an ability to source and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem
- Team player with a passion for working in a collaborative environment
- Drive and passion for the start-up ecosystem and venture capital industry
