**JOB DETAILS**:
Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside a Diss based property practice to find a keen and enthusiastic individual to join as a Trainee Conveyancing Assistant. Salary is in the range of £18,000 - £19,000pa, with hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). The role comes with starting annual leave of 23 days, plus bank holidays.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for you if you are interested in starting a career in property law and are willing to learn and develop your office-based skills.

**Duties will include**:

- Providing reception support, meeting & greeting visitors
- Certifying client ID and accepting signed terms of engagement and property forms
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with general update enquiries from clients and estate agents
- Drafting and sending quotations
- Setting up new client files and initial correspondence
- Closing files and archiving
- Preparing and saving correspondence and documents using the digital dictation system
- Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post

Following initial training, you will also be operating a case management system, allowing you to independently generate correspondence and documents, so your responsibilities will grow as you learn
