**Introduction**:
Our client is a leading provider of social housing across the Southeast of England, with properties ranging from London - Kent - Hampshire and everywhere in between with over 50,000 properties providing housing to 100,000 residents, and over 1,100 employees. Their business covers all aspects of social housing repairs, including responsive, planned, and void maintenance.

Due to an increased workload, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced multi-trade plumber to work on their responsive repairs team based out of Havant & Chichester. They’re looking for someone personable and friendly, has good diverse trade skills and can work well in a busy team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Attending all aspects of plumbing works within a residential property
- Maintenance of hot and cold-water systems, leak repairs, radiators & pressure checking
- Water plumbing including fitting bathroom suites (toilet, basin, bath), tap replacement/ maintenance, changing washers, plumbing appliances (washing machines, dryers)
- Attending secondary trade including carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, painting & decorator
- Delivering 1st & 2nd fixes, working on kitchens and bathrooms
- Traveling to multiple locations delivering reactive maintenance/responsive repairs

**ProGroup would like our applicants to**:

- Have proven experience working on residential properties
- Have experience of working in Social Housing (desirable)
- Have experience in doing responsive repairs or void maintenance
- NVQ in Plumbing (desirable)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
