Project Surveyor

Our Client, a well-established Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy based near Wickford, are currently seeking a Project Surveyor to join them. The Project Surveyor will be working on a range of projects primarily in the commercial sector and the position willbe office based with site visits. Flexible working is also available with this position and this is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing company that offer strong progression and APC support.

**Project SurveyorPosition Overview**
- Reporting to Associate Director
- Undertake school condition surveys and reports
- Work alongside Building Surveyors and Project Managers
- Prepare documents such as site visit /Health & Safety reports, minutes and contract administration certificates ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures.
- Undertake employers agent / contract administration roles in delivery of the successful capital funding capital projects.
- Assist the technical teams to undertake core building surveying duties, including condition surveys, specialist defect inspections, asset management plans, RICS Level 2 and Level 3 building survey reports.

**Project SurveyorPosition Requirements**
- Must have previous Project Management or Building Surveying experience.
- Recognised professional qualification, RICS, CIOB or similar
- Must be based within commuting distance or Wickford
- Client facing experience

- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
