**The Opportunity**

AST Euromaster currently have a vacancy for a CRM and Campaign Executive, reporting into our Head of Brand and Communications based from ATS head office at Aston Cross.

Working closely with the Brand and Comms team, as well other key stakeholders from around the business, this role is vital in aiding us in identifying opportunity and maximising the potential of every campaign and communication we create and publish.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Plan, record and report on CRM lead automation programmes of activity.
- Support the creation of and management of data sets, dashboards and tools, delivering customer insight reports to stakeholders.
- Analysis of customer data sets across all segments to help identify commercially attractive opportunities and improve personalised direct communication, ROI and sales.
- Provide an expert point of contact for internal and external data management providers / partners.
- Ensure the business remains GDPR compliant within the Marketing function with respect to the capture, storage, processing and use of customer data, including all external Marketing data agencies and providers.
- Build a more robust picture of customer loyalty in the business and help identify opportunities to improve retention, creating KPIs to track success.
- Build a successful CRM strategy to constantly improve data quality and deliver growth.
- Collaborate with the Category and Pricing teams to enrich their knowledge base with customer insights, allowing them to build stronger tactical and strategic plans.

**About You**
- Similar level experience within a B2B or Retail Marketing role.
- Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets, and present recommendations to drive Marketing campaigns
- Competent in working within a CRM environment whilst ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Experience of campaign management, including planning, recording, performance analysis and reporting, you will have a real eye for detail, be extremely organised and be able to communicate effectively with your stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and numerical skills, this role will suit an inquisitive individual with a natural ability to convert curiosity for customer data into commercial actionable insights to drive Company performance.

This role will be based from Aston Cross, working hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
