Financial Director UK, Europe & Middle East

Basic salary £80,000 to £85,000, Bonus, Car allowance, BUPA, Pension.

In other words, you want to lead and inspire your accounting team, building and supporting financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability, and that's not all. As part of the senior leadership team, you will influence the European business'slong-term product strategy and direction.

You will take the lead on all financial aspects of company strategy and will work closely with the senior team and financial institutions to effectively communicate and support this multifaceted business through continued growth. You will need to demonstrateyour ability to manage all aspects of finance, HR and IT whilst providing insightful and proactive analysis to the executive and group, to ensure effective management and development of all parts of the business.

Having five years of proven finance leadership experience and will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and implement strategies that drive growth. Ideally, coming from a manufacturing-related industry or background (although not essential), coupledwith your strong commercial acumen and excellent management skills to continue driving significant innovation and growth. You will be based at our UK head office in Berkhamsted, with regular visits to our Redditch office.
