We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Server to join the 21 Hospitality Group at our wine bar/restaurant, St Vincent, on Newcastle's Quayside.

Wine Bar / Restaurant on Newcastle’s Quayside.

St. Vincent is intimate with something of a ‘lived in’ vibe. Wine is very much at the heart of St Vincent, sometimes classic - though not always familiar - the wines are mainly from small independent, producers, chosen purely and simply because we like them.

The food is all about the simple things done well, offered from a small, daily changing menu. Dishes are fiercely seasonal and very much ingredient focussed, inspired by the neighbourhood bars and restaurants we found (and loved) during our travels through Southern France and Italy.

You will be working within a well-established Front of House team who provide a very consistent product to a high standard each day. All our dishes are skilfully prepared using the freshest seasonal ingredients available.

**The Person**

As a Server you will work closely with the management team, you will assist with the day-to-day procedures of the restaurant and have excellent opportunity for personal development. You will receive comprehensive menu and service training
- Great people skills.
- Is immaculately presented
- Prior experience as a Server within a quality restaurant
- Eagerness to ‘roll their sleeves up and get stuck in’
- Passion for hospitality and food, along with the eagerness to continually learn
- A genuine passion for wine
- Good command of English
- A strong work ethic
- Drive and ambition to work in a quality restaurant group
