Lunchtime Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our warm and friendly team. This position is a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our pupils during lunchtime, providing them with a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
**About the role**:
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will oversee and support our students during their lunch break, both in the dining area and on the playground. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a calm and respectful lunchtime atmosphere, assisting with lunch service, and engaging the children in various recreational activities. This role presents a wonderful opportunity to connect with our lovely student community and contribute to their happiness and welfare.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Lunchtime Supervisor you will:
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their well-being.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
- A proactive approach to ensure the safety and supervision of students during lunchtime.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Must hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
**Key responsibilities**:
As Lunchtime Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Supervise and monitor students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and adherence to school rules.
- Assist with lunch service, ensuring that the dining area remains clean and orderly.
- Organize and engage students in enjoyable recreational activities during their break.
- Foster positive behavior and encourage a respectful and friendly lunchtime environment.
- Communicate any concerns or issues to relevant staff members promptly.
