The post-holder will act as Keyworker for patients diagnosed with a head & neck and sarcoma and core member of the MDT’s, providing a link between patients and health care professionals across primary, secondary and tertiary care and act as an advocate for patients/families, especially where treatment is provided in Specialist MDT’s at St George’s and RMH.
