We are looking for a German speaking Credit Controller to join a global manufacturing company, who are known to be an extremely supportive employer. After training, there is the option of hybrid working, with two days each week in the office with the team.Having won awards as Investors in People for the provision of training for their staff, our client is known for providing an enviable working environment.

You would be the main contact for customer account management, maintaining strong and professional relationships with customers, external agencies and internal colleagues to ensure a high standard of accounts receivable, including credit risk, cash collectionand query management.

**The Role**:

- Identify and follow up overdue invoices
- Contact customers to arrange payment
- Query management
- Work on the German sales ledgers
- Monitor and control credit limit
- Set up new clients, monitor and manage credit limits
- Reconcile the bank statements
- Analyse credit worthiness
- Native level German
- Fluency in English
- Experience of working with businesses in Germany
- Customer service experience
- Strong MS Office skills

Ideally, you have:

- Credit control experience
- Some background of working with numbers

The company is based to the south of Evesham. It is easily commutable from Worcester, Stow, Cheltenham, Stratford, Banbury, Gloucester and the M5. There is plenty of on-site parking available.
