**About the role**:
As the HR officer, you will work with the wider HR team to provide a full HR service to multiple sites. You will be creating leave policy guidelines, incorporating leave options into standard operating procedures, handling employee time-off requests, gathering supporting documents. You will be responsible for the internal Employee Benefits processes, including Learning and Development, HR Data processess and Employee Movement processess.

This post is of a generalist HR nature and will be a provide fantastic opportunity for somebody with the right HR skills and personal qualities who would like to gain invaluable experience of all aspects of HR within a dynamic, rapidly growing tech company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, leavers etc.
- Answer to any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally, if possible, by using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Ability to use People systems, entering data into relevant systems with high attention to detail
- Support the Business Partners and helping them with bulk addendums and reports
- Actively involved in the continuous improvement of the HR processes by seeking and providing consistent feedback and building policies, processes and procedures
- Support the recruitment process in the company
- Documented the Employee Benefits Process and creating a step by step guide for the internal HR Team with information about how to handle the process for each country.
- Set meetings with all the departments and vendors to re-negotiate terms and make sure the information we had is up to date in the internal platforms
- Ensuring accurate recording of data in a timely manner.
- Other administrative duties will sit within this role, for example, organising corporate gifts, ordering staff uniforms and supporting with purchasing.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Experience in international recruitment
- Experience in employee lifecycle - onboarding, leavers etc.
- Knowledge about employment law and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering data; ensuring facts are correct, complete and consistent
- Proven and effective administrative skills
- Uses standard procedures and common sense to solve problems
- Understands how to handle, resolve and escalate enquiries; passes on information promptly
- Understands how to work effectively in a team to deliver
- Proficiency in MS Office, and applicant tracking systems like preferred applicant tracking software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
