**So. What is this role exactly?**

We have as an exciting opportunity for a Housing and Customer Services Coordinator working between 2 sites in Manchester city centre China town at Faulkner court M1 4EE and Canal Court M1 3EZ working within our sheltered housing for the elder Chinese community. As you will be working with the Chinese community day to day you will need to be fluent in cantonise both written and spoken and have a good understanding of Chinese culture

**What will my working week look like?**

Working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Based at Faulkner court with regular visits to Canal court

**What will I be responsible for doing?**

To be a successful as Housing and Customer Services Coordinator, here at YHG, you will
- Have a good working knowledge of IT and Microsoft systems
- Be Fluent in Cantonise and English both written and spoken
- Have Excellent communication skills and a truly “people person”
- Have a good understanding of the issues faced by older people
- Have strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- a good knowledge of local services for our elder Chinese community

- be a Team player with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- be flexible and resilient

This role is ideally suited to someone who has a “Right First Time”, approach with each customer, ensuring an excellent service experience, each and every time. Someone who Wants to make a difference to our older community
