**Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm**

We have a fantastic opportunity available working for an up-and-coming Small Works provider based out of Swansea, for a small works carpenter / fabric engineer to support across multiple commercial sites in the South of Wales and sometimes beyond as and when required.

**Duties and Responsibilities of the successful Engineer**:

- Ability to provide clean and efficient works across a multitude of sites ranging from commercial, to industrial and government buildings.
- Provide a reactive and installation service
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- City & Guilds Level 2 carpentry and joiner or NVQ Level 2
- Previous reactive, install or projects experience in a commercial environment and be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
- Very well presented
- Client facing experience (desirable)

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
