**Complaints Handler**

Our client is a leading name in the Financial Services industry, who are looking for an individual to join their friendly complaints team.

Joining a small and friendly team, you will ensure that all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner, whilst also ensuring that the customer is kept fully informed throughout the entire process.

- Previous Complaints and Customer Relations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic

**Duties**:

- To be responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints
- To input all complaints onto CRM database, reporting and seeing through to completion
- Ensure that all complaints are responded to within regulated timescales
- Action monthly / daily reports in line with business process / requirements within agreed service standards
- Make recommendations for improvements that deliver better business outcomes
- To input Department Complaint Forms onto CRM database
- To ensure any operational incidents identified are raised through the Incident Management Process
- To be responsible for logging, investigation and gathering data of all DSRs in line with GDPR guidelines
