**Fundraising Executive**

**Staffordshire**

**£25,000 - 35,000**

**2 days per week in the office.**

We are looking for a strong fundraising manager to work for a fantastic organisation.
- Develop an annual programme of events, including cultivation, stewardship and fundraising events, whether virtual or physical.
- Overall responsibility for the design, planning and implementation of all fundraising events.
- Work with the ambassadors as they support with the co-ordination, implementation and running of events and activities.
- Plan and promote fundraising activities for the general public
- Pitch for corporate support including commercial partnerships and sponsorship.
- To develop grant and legacy programmes
- To work with funeral directors for donations
- Develop the Trust's fundraising policy, incorporating current fundraising regulation.
- Ensure all charity fundraising activity is compliant with relevant charity and statutory legislation and the Code of Fundraising Practice.
- Build an excellent working relationship with existing donors, the Board of Trustees, staff, volunteers and other stakeholders who help promote the charity.
- Attend and participate in meetings when necessary.
- To report regularly to the Trustees, submitting accurate and up-to-date records of all fundraising activities and financial transactions as required.
- Ensure a good understanding of client business.
- Be responsible for client stock, ordering replacements and getting new quotes as required.
- Provide support for clients across all admin areas, including but not limited to: Committee elections, clinical excellence awards, keeping committee records etc.
- Acquire a high-level understanding of legal, governance and data protection implications of support actions and escalate to a senior member of staff if unsure.
- Input and process association information with responsibility to review and improve processes as necessary.
- Plan and implement new support requirements.
- Implement and provide input on changes to client websites as required.
- Compile and disseminate client news and communications to relevant stakeholders as required
- Write and update Operation Manuals for all work processes.
- Provide administration support to your team leader as required
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as requested by a team leader or senior manager

**Skills**:

- An experienced Fundraiser, or Fundraising Manager, working in a charity or in a community sector organisation.
- Confident overseeing a wide range of fundraising activities which will help achieve income targets.
- Work as part of a team as well as work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Willing to travel with infrequent overnight stays.
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritise.
