As an Adviser Servicing Technician, your role within Quilter is to provide a high quality and efficient administration service to our advisers within the Quilter Investment Platform.

Emphasising on delivering the right outcomes for our clients/advisers in accordance with service level agreements (SLA’s) and regulations.

You will be working to a high degree of accuracy, meeting deadlines, and proactively supporting the team and the wider departments results. Providing an excellent service to both internal & external customers.

You will be encouraged to participate within a continuous improvement culture, through sharing your ideas and recommending suggestions for improvement to processes.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience in an administration role along with being able to demonstrate dealing with external client’s and or customers.

Experience in Financial services would be beneficial, however not necessary.

You will need to be a confident user of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, comfortable working as a team and independently.
