Building rapport with these key stakeholders and striving to provide excellent service, should be central to the role, successful Underwriters will be able to manage a large pipeline of cases knowing them all intimately, evidencing an ability to know howto advance loans through the pipeline and through to completion in a timely manner.
- The role responsibilities will require an excellent knowledge base around residential, & commercial property, development projects an understanding of legal risks as well as focus, accuracy, attention to detail, an ability to prioritise workload.

The roles offer a competitive benefits package including a basic salary c £45-£55k
