**HNW Mortgage Broker**

Do you have experience providing advice across complex, HNW mortgage lending and protection?

Maybe you have worked in private client servicing or banking role, keen to explore what opportunities lie in mortgage and protection advice for your HNW clients?

CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with our growing client, a specialist in HNW and complex lending advice, as they look to expand their adviser headcount to meet existing client demand.

This role will operate from their desirable west end office in Glasgow, delivering a bespoke service to local and international clients. You DO NOT need to have a client bank for this position - the firm is looking for the right person to join their business and continue their client service approach, delivering a unique service to clients and referrals.

**Key responsibilities of the HNW Mortgage Broker**:

- Offer expert advice on mortgage products, including complex lending
- Offer advice on suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness, and income protection
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Proactively engage potential clients through warm leads, while developing your own network through client referrals

**Key skills or background required for the HNW Mortgage Broker**:

- Experience delivering a personal service to HNW and UHNW individuals
- Strong communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships
- Professional qualification or equivalent is desirable (CeMAP or CII)

Pay: £50,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
