**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial and marketing team, who are responsible for driving new business and developing existing Fieri clients. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the marketing activities create a pathway for new sales.

**SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE**
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Assist with the management of the Fieri website, including the maintenance of website SEO and management of the Fieri Live Chat.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems including the management of marketing contacts and ‘do not contact’ lists.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates.
- Assist on the creation of new marketing campaigns, in addition to supporting the creation of value-add materials.
- Assist with the creation of storyboarding and video content.
- Assist with the design of new social media content, and redesign of key sales and marketing documents.
- Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and key reports.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new L&D trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing plans.
- Supporting marketing with internal comms and coordinating with Heads of Departments for regular updates to be shared with the wider team.
- Supporting the creation of our product and client case studies.
- Occasionally attending events to gather content to be used in Sales and Marketing materials.
- Organising and attending commercial team meetings

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in an administrative role - this is essential
- Solid understanding of core principles of marketing, sales, social media, ideally gained through experience working as an administrator in a commercial team
- Experience in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce (HubSpot preferred)
- Growth mindset, willingness to learn and grow within the role.

- Experience in the L&D space is preferred, but not essential. If you are new to the world of L&D but can demonstrate a real passion and enthusiasm, we want to hear from you.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly

- Strong communication skills, confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated - can-do attitude and happy to get stuck in
