**The Company - Industrial Cleaner / Hygiene Operative**

Our Client based in Lichfield, Fradley Park, are looking for experienced Hygiene Operatives to work as part of the companies Industrial Cleaning team in a busy manufacturing site.

**Job Specification - Industrial Cleaner / Hygiene Operative**
- To clean and sweep up warehouse and factory areas
- General housekeeping duties on the shop floor including production lines
- Previous experience in cleaning / hygiene work is essential
- Physically fit and able to work indoors and outdoors
- Team player with good communication
- Punctual and able to work autonomously

**The Benefits - Industrial Cleaner / Hygiene Operative**

Pay rates:

- £11.00 per hour Standard pay (0-40 hours)
- £16.25 per hour Overtime pay (40 hours+ & Saturday)
- £22.00 per hour Overtime pay (Sunday and Bank Holiday)
- Paid breaks

- Pension
- Permanent after 12 weeks
