Baker/ Baker Assistant

We are currently looking for a Baker/ Baker Assistant to join The Italian Bakery Team in Swanage.

We are a growing group of unique, award-winning Italian restaurant, gastro pubs, café and bakery, based in Dorset, delivering high quality, fresh food and exceptional service to our guests.

For the role of Baker previous experience as a Baker would be preferred and you would be responsible for:

- Helping to develop new items
- Daily baking for the bakery, restaurants and café
- Supporting with pastry
- Supporting wholesale duties
