Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team In our very busy kitchen.As a Cook you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, and preparing delicious meals for our customers. If you have a strong culinary background and thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Work well with kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items and specials
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant/Cafe or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to create delicious and visually appealing dishes
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required

**Salary**: £10.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
