Grp Laminator

**An agency that we are working on behalf of** have a fantastic opportunity for a **GRP Laminator **to work with our client who is an established industry leading manufacturer and installer of children play areas, with work taking place in the **Doncaster Area (DN6)**

**Role**:

- GRP Laminating (hand lay or Chopper Gunn) products (mainly slides for playground equipment)
- Mould Preparation (New/Refurbish/ Minor Prep)
- Matt Cutting
- Prepping, gelling and mould release
- Trimming / Sanding processing
- Mixing of materials
- Polishing & Packing
- Occasional Unloading and loading of materials and goods
- Operating of various machines and using Hand tools
- Interpret drawings to obtain correct sizes, cut-out requirements and orientations of products.
- Be Self-reliant on tasks
- Follow work plants Directly
- Constantly look to improve quality of products
- Other duties that aid manufacture including manual handling and housekeeping tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Fibreglass Experience (AT LEAST 2 YEARS)
- Use of hand tools both manual and battery operated
- Good attention to detail.
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to clean, organise and keep a tidy work place.
- Correct use of PPE
- Physically able to maintain manual handling procedures (Full Training will be given for manual handling)

**Pay**:£13.50ph - £14.00ph Depending on Experience. - PAYE

**Hours**:Monday - Friday **7:00 AM Start** 40 Hours per week.

**Duration**:Temp to Perm Position

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £13.50-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doncaster: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fiberglass: 2 years (required)
